Our Location
Calvary Church is located at the corner of Highway 51 and Rea Road in South Charlotte.
The main entrance is on Rea Road, directly across from the South County Regional Library.

We gather for worship on Sundays at 9:45 AM in the Sanctuary.
We also have Sunday evening services at 6:00 PM as scheduled, as well as special holiday worship services and concerts throughout the year.
At Calvary, we’re blessed to have a large campus that supports a wide variety of activities and ministries. See some of the highlights below!

Our Sanctuary is where we worship our Savior together each Sunday. It seats about 5,000 and includes two balconies. The massive floor-to-ceiling windows are a striking feature, flooding the room with sunlight or reflecting candlelight during Christmas Eve services.
In 2019, we renovated the Sanctuary — updating the paint, floor tile, and carpet, refurbishing the pews, adding platform ADA access, expanding the baptistery, and upgrading the lighting.
The Calvary Grand Organ, built by M.P. Möller, is one of the world's largest pipe organs with 11,499 pipes. Come any Sunday to hear the organ in worship or attend one of our free monthly organ concerts.

Chapel
The Calvary Chapel sits next to the Sanctuary, right inside the Highway 51 entrance. It seats 350, and we use it often for weddings, funerals, and prayer meetings. The Chapel was refurbished in 2023.

Galleria
The Galleria is the large open atrium that is considered the main entrance of Calvary Church. The tall spires over the main doorways are visible from the Rea Road entrance opposite the South County Regional Library. The Galleria leads to the Sanctuary and connects via corridors to our Chapel, Calvary Life Center, classrooms, and other meeting spaces.

The Word Room
BookstoreLocated in the Galleria, the Word Room bookstore offers Bibles, Christian books, children's books, greeting cards, gifts, and Calvary logo drinkware. Many of Pastor Munro's booklets are available, as are messages in boxed CD sets.
The Word Room is open:
- Sunday mornings, 8:30 AM–1:00 PM, before and after the 9:45 worship service
- Sunday evenings, before and after the 6:00 PM services as scheduled, September – May
- Tuesdays from 9:00 AM–12:30 PM, during our Women's Bible Studies schedule, September – May
- Wednesdays from 4:00–8:30 PM, during our Elective Bible Studies schedule, September – May

Calvary Life Center
The Calvary Life Center opened in November 2012 with 51,000 square feet of auditorium and classroom space, as well as a full-sized gym to support our Children’s Ministry, Student Ministry, College & Young Adult Ministries, CHAMP Sports Outreach, Calvary Child Development Center, and Calvary Christian Academy.

CHAMP Sports Fields
CHAMP Sports Fields & Pavilion
Beyond the parking lots, we have a pavilion and two large sports fields that primarily support our CHAMP Sports Outreach ministry for children, youth, and adults. The areas include 13 soccer stations, three football stations, two baseball diamonds, and a sand volleyball pit.

Magnolia Memorial Gardens
Nestled amongst the trees in a quiet corner of our campus, Magnolia Memorial Gardens is our six-acre cemetery, providing a peaceful final resting place for members of the Calvary community.
