Café Manager — Part-Time
Summary: The position will oversee all aspects of food service provided by the Calvary Café, organize the daily operations, and manage the staff while maintaining a welcoming Christian atmosphere and outstanding customer service.
Must be able to lead, train, manage, and motivate the café staff. Will handle inventory and orders, successfully manage finances for profitability, and foster customer engagement. Will maintain a professional demeanor and facilitate open communication with co-workers, ministry volunteers, and the congregation. Must demonstrate a commitment to the Calvary Articles of Faith, Mission & Purpose.
