Café Manager — Part-Time
Position Roles & Duties:
- Demonstrate Christ — Actively share Christ in example and word. Assist in providing a Christ-centered environment. Connect guests with the ministries of Calvary Church.
- Customer Service — Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently. Provide recommendations and answer questions about the menu. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Beverage Preparation — Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and all other beverages according to standard recipes. Ensure consistency and quality in all drink preparations. Maintain knowledge of current beverage offerings and promotions.
- Shop Maintenance — Keep the cafe clean and organized, including tables, counters, and equipment. Assist in restocking supplies as needed. Follow health and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration — Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Committed to Jesus Christ as Savior and an active member of Calvary Church
- Serve-Safe certification or willingness to become certified
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
