Café Manager — Part-Time

Position Roles & Duties:

  • Demonstrate Christ — Actively share Christ in example and word. Assist in providing a Christ-centered environment. Connect guests with the ministries of Calvary Church.
  • Customer Service — Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently. Provide recommendations and answer questions about the menu. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately. 
  • Beverage Preparation — Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and all other beverages according to standard recipes. Ensure consistency and quality in all drink preparations. Maintain knowledge of current beverage offerings and promotions. 
  • Shop Maintenance — Keep the cafe clean and organized, including tables, counters, and equipment. Assist in restocking supplies as needed. Follow health and safety regulations. 
  • Team Collaboration — Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. 

Qualifications:

  • Committed to Jesus Christ as Savior and an active member of Calvary Church
  • Serve-Safe certification or willingness to become certified
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
