Join the men of Calvary for a weekly Bible study — choose an early morning or evening group! Enrich your faith, grow in your knowledge of God’s Word, become accountable in discipleship, and enjoy great fellowship. Newcomers are always welcome!

The Book of Acts

The Book of Acts chronicles the history of the early church, beginning just after Christ’s ascension. Spanning some 30 years, Luke shares amazing stories concerning the spread of the Gospel across the Roman empire. Come and hear about ordinary men called to do incredible things for the kingdom of God. This is a 13-week course with weekly lesson plans. It is offered both in-person and on Zoom.

Genesis

We are continuing in Genesis — a book about beginnings. In the beginning, God created the heavens, the earth, plants, animals, men and women. All is good until paradise is lost. Yet, there is hope! Come and learn about God‘s incredible plan of restoration. We will use the Navigator Genesis (LifeChange) study guides. These are available on Amazon and in the Word Room at a discount. Books of the Bible Overview

Join us as we study the Word of God from "In the Beginning" in Genesis 1:1 to "Amen" in Revelation 22:21. As we study the Bible consecutively, book by book, you can register at any time and join us. This semester, we are starting with Leviticus. We will use a study guide, Bible Workbook and Guide, by Brian Gugas. You may purchase your own copy HERE.

Seeing Christ in Ezekiel

Ezekiel was a young priest in Jerusalem when he was carried away from Jerusalem as a POW. Taken by the Babylonians into the internment camps in Mesopotamia, his world was in turmoil. God called Ezekiel to preach among unrepentant Jewish exiles who had stubbornly refused to accept responsibility for their national sin. Come read about Ezekiel’s bizarre visions, strange object lessons, and mysterious teachings. We’ll study how God used Ezekiel to speak to Israel and learn how we can apply the book’s rich theological truths today. The study guide, Exalting Christ in Ezekiel, is $15.
