Food Services Manager

Summary: The Food Services Manager is a full-time position overseeing Calvary Church Food Services. The manager maintains Calvary kitchens, plans menus, maintains stock levels and supplies, works with vendors, and ensures delivery schedules. The manager plans, prepares, and serves high-quality meals, accomplishing the requirements of pastors and leaders for Calvary ministries and events, including the Calvary Child Development Center. Planning includes the Food Service department's annual budgets. The manager must ensure compliance with all health and safety standards and industry codes.

Candidate should demonstrate a firm commitment to the Calvary Articles of Faith, Mission & Purpose, and Philosophy of Ministry. Calvary Church membership is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and customer service focused.
  • Must be a self-starter and exhibit a desire for excellence.
  • Must be able to work harmoniously with Calvary staff and a large team of volunteers.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role in the food service industry is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a cook in a commercial kitchen is required.
  • ServSafe Certification is required.
