HR Administrative Assistant

Summary:  Calvary has an opening for a full-time Human Resources Administrative Assistant.

The administrative duties for this position are related to the operations of the Human Resources office, including preparing HR documents, organizing and maintaining personnel records, entering new data, and updating previous employee data in internal HR databases, new hire guides, employment contracts, compensation lists, and more.

Will assist with recruitment and talent acquisition, answer any employee queries about people or HR-related issues, and help them resolve them internally. Responsible for creating regular presentations and reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, etc. Will support other ministries by providing them with up-to-date information on all employees and taking an active part in HR projects.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum one year experience in Human Resources. Administrative/office experience desired.
