Summary: Calvary Church has an immediate opening for a full-time Data Administrator. Candidate must be proactive and able to develop, maintain, and expand data partnerships with all ministries. Will serve as the subject matter expert for data. Responsibilities include:
- Manage and update the ACS church database.
- Generate weekly reports, rosters, and other data deliverables as needed.
- Maintain Constant Contact email database.
- Provide administrative support to Calvary pastors and/or ministries as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Possess excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Exhibit a desire for excellence and demonstrate a Christ-like spirit of service and cooperation.
- Ability to partner with ministries and volunteers.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity while possessing maturity, sound judgment, and discernment.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel.
- Previous database administration experience preferred; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
