At Calvary, special events and key milestones bring us together as the Body of Christ and offer the opportunity to celebrate, support, and care for one another.
Being baptized is a public profession of faith and an act of obedience after coming to saving faith in Jesus Christ, symbolizing your new life as a follower of Jesus Christ.
Before being baptized, we ask candidates to attend a class that explains the significance and meaning of baptism. Classes are offered on the Sundays prior to our baptism services in Room 401.

Our pastors and staff minister to families with immediate needs due to the loss of a loved one. Please call the church office at 704.543.1200 to share news of a death and speak with a pastor.
Our Stewardship Ministry offers pre-planning assistance to help make final decisions and arrangements easier for families. For more information, contact John Mandeville at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Magnolia Memorial Gardens, Calvary’s cemetery, is located on our campus, and provides a peaceful final resting place for members of the Calvary community. For more information, contact Paul Hundrieser at email@example.com.
We are delighted to hold wedding ceremonies for our members (and immediate families) in the Calvary Sanctuary or Chapel. Receptions may also be held in the Crown Room.

On select Sunday mornings, Calvary offers the opportunity for parents to dedicate their children to the Lord by making a public commitment to live godly lives and raise children "in the discipline and instruction of the Lord." Parents wishing to dedicate their children should plan to attend one required preparation class, typically offered at 12:15–12:45 PM in the Calvary Café on the prior Sunday.
