Volunteering with Children's Ministry: How can I help?
Hundreds of parents, grandparents, young adults, and individuals with varied gifts and talents serve with our Children's Ministry teams

Are you gifted in teaching, story-telling, crafts, music, tech, or behind the scenes work? Do you have a passion for sharing Christ's love and the life-changing message of the Gospel with children? If so, please consider serving with us!

Children's Ministry Volunteer Training
Wednesday, August 16 | 6:30–8:30 PM
Sunday, August 20 | 12:30–2:30 PM

ALL volunteers, both new and experienced, are required to attend ONE training session before joining our 2017–18 Children's Ministry Team. These sessions are designed to encourage volunteers and facilitate personal development in ministry. A light snack will be served on Wednesday, August 16, and pizza will be provided for lunch on Sunday, August 20. Both sessions meet in the Crown Room on the 3rd floor.

Please register in advance so we can prepare materials and food for you!

Note: Volunteers must have attended Calvary for at least six months, and all teachers must be Calvary members. Background checks are required.

Awana & Bible Club Volunteers
September 6 – May 9
Clubs for children ages 3–5th grade meet Wednesday evenings at 6:30–8:00 PM throughout the school year. We need at least 100 adults age 18+ to serve in a variety of roles: listening to kids recite Scripture verses, praying with them, and offering encouragement as they progress through their workbooks.

When you register as a volunteer, you may choose a club and a training session to attend. Come join our team!
